There are a lot of questions that we get asked all of the time. However we could save you a little time if we answer a few of the common ones:
What forms of payment do you accept?
We like to say we accept "all forms of money." However it's best to say we accept US Dollars by credit card, either through our invoicing system or Square. We also accept payments through PayPal, and cash works too.
All invoices are due on receipt.
How close does your truck have to be in order to perform welding?
It's highly variable based on the job site and type of welding that needs done. However, for TIG and MIG processes, we typically need to be within 100 feet of the work. For "stick" welding, we can go quite a bit further. We also have equipment that can be taken inside buildings in certain cases, as long as there is power available to support it.
What kind of industrial equipment do you repair?
We repair almost anything, though light industrial, fluid handling, and material processing equipment are our favorites. We also fabricate equipment to help your workflow. If you have an idea of what you need, we'll find or make it!
What DON'T you work on?
Actually it's a pretty short list. We don't do automotive work, unless it's something custom like on a race car. If you want a rusted body repaired then you should talk to a body shop because they're equipped to deal with it. Rusted or bent pickup frames are better off at a frame shop.
If your apartment building stairs and balconies are rusted (happens all the time), we might take a look, but odds are good we'll opt out.
